To return an item, please contact our customer service department.

All credit returns should be requested within 30 days of purchase. It must be in original its packaging and in resalable condition. Special permission for a credit may be given on some items over 30 days, however a re-stocking fee will be incurred.

There are some items that are not returnable. These include special orders and custom items. Food items including beverages, mouthwash, and food is not returnable due to FDA regulations. The FDA also does not allow us to take back medicine or medical supplies. If an item is not in resalable condition, credit will not be issued.

When contacting customer service, please have your invoice number or item number handy. Customer service will issue a pick up for credit to inform the driver of the return. Once the driver picks up the item, the credit will be processed and a copy of the credit will be mailed or e-mailed.



Furniture items that are custom ordered are not returnable. if it is defective, let us know before our driver leaves or call our furniture department the following day.
