What do you charge for delivery & is there a minimum order?

We offer free delivery on all orders (no minimum) within the Baton Rouge Area. However on some furniture jobs, non-taxable installation charges apply.

How quickly can my order be delivered?

Typically, we deliver the following day on supply orders. Our trucks load up and manifest at 9 am. However if you are located in downtown Baton Rouge, you receive twice daily deliveries. Occasionally we can make a rush afternoon delivery in Baton Rouge if a driver is available. Please inquire about our schedule for deliveries north of Baton Rouge, east of Livingston, west of Port Allen and south of Sorrento. Office furniture deliveries are scheduled. Our office furniture representative will coordinate our delivery with you.

Is my information secure?

All user information is stored securely and is protected by encryption algorithms.

How are back orders handled?

We do not stock every item listed in our on-line catalog. There may be times when certain items may be out of stock. Back ordered items will be delivered as soon as they come in.

How do I find recycled products?

Items containing recycled content are identified on our website with the green recycled icon. You can refine any search to find recycled items by clicking “yes” under Recycled Item on the left hand side of our shopping page.

What do I do if I can't find what I am looking for?

Do you offer desktop delivery?

Our delivery professionals will bring your order to any destination you specify: the receiving area, your desktop, copy room, etc.

How do I add new website users?

Contact our accounting department accounting@laofficesupply.com to add new users, set up order approval rules, and favorites lists.

Where to send my sales tax exempt certificate?

Fax your tax exempt certificate to our Accounting Department at 225-231-2597 or email it to accounting@laofficesupply.com. If you have been charged sales tax on a previous order, Customer Service can have a credit issued to you once the certificate has been received.

What are my payment options?

Most business customers set up an account with us with net 30 terms. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. You can also set up ACH payments.

How can I track the status of my order?

Typically 99% of supply items ordered are shipped next day. Please contact Customer Support for the status of any order you have not received.
